Hi my wife and 3 year old are coming back to UK from India. Does the child need to pay for hotel?

Hello Malkit, under current UK Government's rules children under 4 years old returning to the UK from a red list country do not need to pay hotel quarantine nor they will need to take the day 2 or day 8 Covid-19 test.
