My parents are coming back from India and had both vaccines, can they home quarantine?

Hello Sukhjeet, before your parents travel to the UK they must: take a COVID-19 test, book a quarantine hotel package, including 2 COVID-19 tests and complete a passenger locator form. It is not possible to self isolate at home, even for fully vaccinated passengers.
