Booked British Airways - Not received my ticket

Can anyone help? I booked a ticket with different agent in Birmingham he is not picking my phone and i already paid

But cant you see in your system if I give you the name? so you can print for me

The system does not work like that. We can only assist you if you booked through our company. If your booking agent is not answering your calls try emailing them, alternatively try contacting the airline you are booked to fly with.

What will they ask from me?

You will need to provide them your booking reference or ticket number.

But I dont have it because i dont have the ticket yet?
