Letter confirmation that flight cancelled - British Airways

Hi i booked with online travel agency and my flight got cancelled on return. Now my insurance company wants proof that my flight was definitely cancelled by British Airways. Who can I contact?

Hello Sunaina, if you need proof of a cancelled booking for your insurance company, including detailed fare/price information and anything that has already been refunded to you, please contact British Airways or refer back to your travel agent.
