What if I do not receive my baggage in the baggage claim on arrival?
Hello Rakesh, if your baggage is not received by you on arrival in the baggage claim area, please contact the Air India personnel in Baggage Services Counter which is normally located in the arrival hall. You will be asked to fill in a Property Irregularity Report which has a unique reference number. You will have to fill in the details of contents in your baggage and the description of the same in detail. As soon as your bag is traced, Air India will contact you.
