Hello Angela, Rajasthan is a beautiful land full of lakes and forts and is a melting pot of multiple religions that is meant to be visited once a lifetime. This state remains truthful to its roots and customs. Some of the very popular tourist destinations are Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer.
Jaipur, also known as the Pink City of India for its distinctive pink coloured overlay, it is the largest as well as the capital city of Rajasthan. One of the most remarkable places to visit in Rajasthan, the entire city of Jaipur is jotted with historic marvels that still reverberates the charm of a bygone era. Also holds a noteworthy place in the Golden Triangle Tourist Circuit of India. Jaipur is also acclaimed as an epicentre of art and architecture.

The second largest city in Rajasthan, Jodhpur is located at the centre of India’s Desert Capital and it takes the pride of being one of the most sought after tourist destinations in Rajasthan. Due to the sunny and bright ambience throughout the year the city is also known as Sun City of India or Blue City of India, because of the vibrant blue colour used in almost all the establishments across the city.
Udaipur is know for its numerous lakes and is fondly called City of Lakes, is a major tourist destination. Owing to the bucolic charm, mesmerising appeal, and heart-warming ambience that exists in Udaipur, it is also called the Venice of the East and is revered as the best romantic destination in the entire country.

Jaisalmer is one of the most stunning places to visit in Rajasthan tourism. Owing to the alluring golden colour of the sandstones used in most of the buildings of this region, the city got famed as the Golden City of India’s Desert Capital. Standing gracefully on the ridge of a fascinating yellowish sandstone, this city is also a World Heritage Site, and attracts a large number of visitors every year to revisit and discover its golden charm.
