Hi i need to apply for new OCI, how does it work?

Hi Manveer, OCI is an online process. For new OCI, applicants needs to fill up OCI Application Form Online. After filling up the online OCI application, applicant has to take out the print of the application and submit application form with prescribed documents(Two photographs as per the photo specifications. Copy of Foreign Passport)and fees to the designated VFS Centre. The time taken for issue of OCI Card is minimum 4-6 week.
