OCI for India born

Hi, I am India born but came to UK on my mother's passport and I always had British passport, how can I apply for OCI?

Hello Sarah, you will have to surrender your Indian nationality first as you were born in India. Once you obtain your surrender certificate then you are eligible to apply for OCI.
