No seat for my infant with Air Canada

Hello, I recently travelled to Canada with air Canada airline and was unhappy with the fact that my baby didn't have a seat

All passengers of below 2 years of age are classified as infant. This means they will not be provided with seat, on the contrary they may be offered, depending on the airline, an airplane bassinet.

He didnt get a bassinet i had to keep him on my lap the whole journey
