PCR test report still be valid if Air India flight delayed?

My PCR test results have come early, will they still be valid if my Air India flight is delayed?

Hi Parminder,
The PCR test report is valid till 72 hrs from the time your sample taken, if flight delayed or PCR report time has gone due to early testing then you much go for the new PCR test as the requirement of every airlines is 72hrs with respect to the flight actual time.
