Hi is the plf form easy to complete? and when can I do it and do i need to upload anything?

Hello Rashmi, the passenger locator form is a quick and easy online form to be completed within 48 hours of departure. You are not required to upload anything, however you need to fill in the test reference of your Covid-19 test to be taken after arrival in the UK.
