It is a form that enables you to submit your personal and travel details. You can submit the form online anytime within the 48 hours before you arrive in the UK.

What are the details the will ask me?

You must provide your passport details, your travel details including date and time, your home address, the invoice number for your hotel quarantine booking.

Okay, I have been told you can end your quarantine early? Is this true?

It is possible to end quarantine early through "Test to Release" scheme by paying a private Covid-19 test. However, this scheme only applies to Amber list countries. As India is currently placed in Red list, its travellers are not allowed to use the Test to Release scheme.
