Tourist visa to India issued before Covid

Are tourist visas to India still suspended? I have sticker on passport who doesnt expire till 2023

Hello Harleen, regular paper tourist visa issued to foreign nationals of all countries, which remained suspended since March 2020, shall stand restored. Existing valid e-tourist visa will continue to remain suspended.
