Who is eligible to apply for oci card?

Hello Ashwani, the following categories of persons are eligible to apply under OCI scheme: a foreign national who was a citizen of India at the time of, or at any time after, the commencement of the constitution, a foreign national who was eligible to become a citizen of India at the time of the commencement of the constitution, a foreign national who belonged to a territory that became part of India after they gained Independence in 1947 or a person who is a child or a grand-child or a great grandchild of such a citizen.
