How do I get help with my booking booked with a online travel company?

Hello Supriya, the travel website that made your booking with is the "owner" of your reservation and is responsible for helping you before or during your journey. This should include making any changes you need or cancelling your tickets if you are unable to travel, as well as providing other travel advice and adding service requests. Alternatively, please contact your airline.
