Hello I want to ask can you issue OCI for my wife who has british passport? Thanks

Hi Maninder, only certain people that meet the eligibility criteria can apply for an OCI card. Please inform us which passport you currently hold.

Thank you for providing us with that information. Your wife can make an OCI application under foreign spouse category, that means she can apply on spouse basis. The documents required for that are: applicant's birth certificate, current passport, marriage certificate and spouse passport. Applicant applying under this category have to visit VFS centre along with her spouse for submitting the OCI application along with original documents and their copies.
